Osborne Clarke sees UK income grow 7 per cent to £256.6m

During the 2024 calendar year, Osborne Clarke’s international revenues grew by 11%, creating five-year growth of 72%. Income during the UK reporting period of May 2024 – April 2025 grew 4% to EUR 547.5m growth.

International CEO Omar Al-Nuaimi, said: “Growing our international revenue to EUR 547.5m is a great achievement and a testament to the hard work of our teams around the world.

“This year we’re investing heavily in creating a seamless client experience by implementing a new international practice management and finance system. This sets us up brilliantly to support planned significant growth over the coming five-year strategic period.”

Osborne Clarke saw continued strong growth in the UK, with revenues increasing by 7% and breaking through the £250m threshold for the first time.

  • The firm continues to see strong growth across all its areas of regulatory expertise as clients continue to face challenges with increased complexity in global regulation. This is evident in strong performances from the Technology, Media and Comms; Financial Services; and Retail and Consumer teams.
  • Osborne Clarke’s transactional practice has stood up very well in a challenging market, particularly in PE, M&A and Funds.
  • The firm’s IP group is growing rapidly, fuelled by Patent Litigation and an increased focus on Life Sciences and Technology. This is complementing Osborne Clarke’s well-known digital expertise which continues to be in strong demand.
