Bell, one of the UK’s largest and most respected property services contractors, has secured substantial new office space at the Apex Business Park in Nottingham, further strengthening its nationwide footprint.
The transaction, which sees Bell take the 5,044 sq ft first floor of Building C, was brokered by NG Chartered Surveyors.
The deal marks a milestone for the Apex Business Park, as the 11,000 sq ft Building C is now fully let. The ground floor had previously been taken by leading healthcare provider Optegra Eye Health Care in another successful deal by NG.
With over 35 years of experience, Bell Group delivers a wide range of property services across the UK, including painting, decorating, maintenance, and energy efficiency solutions. Their new Nottingham base will support continued regional growth and further their commitment to delivering high-quality services in the Midlands.
