Vickery Holman has announced the promotion of Alice Kodritsch to Senior Surveyor, alongside her appointment as the new Head of Office for Plymouth.
Alice has made a significant contribution to the firm’s business rates and lease advisory teams in recent years, earning respect across the firm and from clients alike. Her move to focus full time on lease advisory reflects her growing expertise and the increasing demand for strategic lease support across the region. Alice joined Vickery Holman in September 2020 having graduated from The Royal Agricultural University with a First Class BSc (Hons) Real Estate.
