Nurton Developments has secured a new letting at its landmark Trigate office scheme on Hagley Road West, Birmingham, with further investment retaining and supporting the expansion of two existing occupiers.
Global transport software provider PTV Logistics has taken 1,250 sq ft following a £350,000 refurbishment in the North and West Wings.
International freight forwarding and supply chain management specialist, Logfret, has also expanded its presence within Trigate, moving from 2,500 sq ft to 3,800 sq ft. This followed, IT support and services provider, Evolution, relocating to newly upgraded offices, to take advantage of recent refurbishment works.

Nurton Developments has invested significantly over the past few years adding new reception area and amenities to promote employee wellbeing, with the addition of new showers, bike storage and breakout areas. Further work is also currently being carried out on the landing areas and bathroom facilities.
Trigate offers 72,000 sq ft of space across seven floors, with three wings on each floor and is currently let to long-term occupiers including Sky, Barker Associates and Communicourt.
