BNP Paribas Real Estate relocates Cambridge office to landmark Brooklands campus

BNP Paribas Real Estate and Strutt & Parker today announced its relocation to Brooklands, a next-generation office development in the heart of Cambridge, as part of the business’s continued investment in its regional portfolio.

The firm will occupy 1,700 sq ft on the ground floor within the B1 building, located on the corner of Clarendon Road and Brooklands Avenue. Brooklands comprises a self-contained campus spanning 67,000 sq ft across two buildings.

The move marks a strategic step for the firm, aligning with its ambition to create future-ready workspaces for its staff and clients, while anchoring its presence in one of the UK’s most dynamic cities for science, tech, and innovation. It follows the announcement of its Bristol office relocation to Halo last month.

Etienne Prongué, CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate UK, added: “Following our recent investment in our Bristol office, our move to Brooklands underlines our long-term commitment to a regional model that reflects the way our people want to work. Cambridge is a globally important location for knowledge-led business, and Brooklands provides the kind of amenity-rich, sustainable workplace that enables our teams to thrive while supporting our clients with deep local market expertise.”

Dan Scott, Head of Cambridge at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Strutt & Parker commented: “Our move to Brooklands represents a new chapter for the Cambridge team. This is not just about taking new space, it’s about creating an inspiring and high-performing environment for our people and clients, at the heart of one of Europe’s most exciting innovation ecosystems. The quality of design, access to outdoor space and emphasis on sustainability makes Brooklands the ideal home for our next phase of growth.”

Brooklands is located minutes from Cambridge rail station, the University, and the city’s renowned hospital and research campuses. The scheme has been designed to operate fossil fuel-free, targets BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and WELL Certification, and includes features such as roof terraces, openable windows, abundant cycle facilities, and extensive green infrastructure.

BNP Paribas Real Estate has made several other strategic upgrades to its UK portfolio recently including its HQ to BNP Paribas Group’s Marylebone campus; its City office to a newly fitted out floor at 5 Aldermanbury Square, West End office to 24 Savile Row, and Glasgow office to 177 Bothwell Street, as well as number of its Strutt & Parker offices.
