AI business and management consultancy take 16,000 sq ft at 210 Pentonville Road

Global Holdings Management Group, the international real estate and development company, has announced that it has let almost 16,000 sq ft of workspace to two companies at its 210 Pentonville Road office scheme in London’s Knowledge Quarter.

AI business Tessl has taken 10,765 sq ft on the 4th floor, while management consultancy Argon has leased 5,160 sq ft on part of the 3rd floor on a ten-year lease with a tenant break in the fifth year. Both companies are on flexible lease structures that align with the asset management strategy whilst accommodating scope for growth.

210 Pentonville Road comprises approximately 90,000 sq ft of office accommodation and has been substantially refurbished to deliver best in class Grade A workspace.

The building provides excellent transport links, with King’s Cross station just a short walk away. Under the management of Global Holdings Management Group, the building has been fitted with common areas to support collaboration and employee wellbeing, as well as the introduction of a new shower and cycling amenity to help promote active travel.

The lettings to both Tessl and Argon further cements Kings Cross as London’s innovation hub and home to growing businesses.
