WestPoint in Peterborough welcomes new tenant Greenwoods

Eagle Street Partners ACO4, advised by Savills and DTRE, has agreed a new letting at WestPoint in Peterborough to Greenwood Legal LLP.

Greenwoods will occupy a ground floor suite spanning approximately 7,000 sq ft and has agreed 10 year lease terms. Only three suites ranging from 5,414 – 12,500 sq ft remain available in the building.
