Glencar has delivered a cutting-edge research, development, and manufacturing facility for Harwell Science and Innovation Campus, Oxfordshire—one of the UK’s leading scientific and technological innovation hubs.
The facility, set to become an Innovation and Technology Centre, is designed to drive the development and production of next-generation vaccines, and will play a pivotal role in strengthening the UK’s life sciences sector.

The completion of this facility reinforces Glencar’s partnership with Harwell Campus, and marks Glencar’s second major life sciences project for Harwell. A third project, Tech Edge West, is set to commence on the campus soon, providing flexible mid-tech space to attract cutting-edge research and development firms.
Beyond Harwell, Glencar is also currently delivering a 60,000 sq. ft fully fitted laboratory and office building at Chesterford Research Park in Cambridge for Aviva Investors, further cementing its credentials in the life sciences sector.
