The Flexible Space Association’s Women in Flex event returns this June

Women in Flex 2023

The 2024 Women in Flex event, organised by the Flexible Space Association (FlexSA) in partnership with technologywithin, will take place on Thursday, June 13th. The event, running for its third year, is aimed at women keen to advance their careers in the flexible workspace industry. It is being hosted by FlexSA member Runway East at their Bloomsbury location.

The event follows the Flexible Space Association Conference and Exhibition, which was held in May, and saw nearly 250 professionals from the flexible workspace industry come together to discuss new developments within the sector as well as evolving customer priorities.

During Women in Flex, women who have successfully pursued careers in the flexible workspace industry will share their insights on career progression and work-life balance, and offer advice for those looking to grow in the field. This year’s panellists include:

  • Natasha Guerra, CEO of Runway East
  • Myf Plunkett, Head of Sales and Marketing at LentaSpace and FlexSA board member
  • Lisa Cations, Founder and Managing Director of JCR Advisors
  • Suzanne Murdock, Managing Director of The Hub Newry

In a new addition to this year’s event, social media expert Rebecca Bate will conduct a session on leveraging LinkedIn for professional growth. The women in flex event will conclude with a drinks reception, offering attendees a valuable opportunity to network and establish new connections within the flexible workspace industry.

Jane Sartin, Executive Director of FlexSA, comments “It is good to be able to continue to build on the success of Women in Flex, with the event now in its third year. Whilst there are many women working in the flexible workspace industry, there are fewer in the most senior positions, and these events aim to encourage continued career progression within the sector. I’m looking forward to hearing from our amazing 2024 speakers as they share their expertise.”

This event is free to attend, but spaces are limited. Secure your spot by registering here.
