Kirkby Diamond has bolstered its team of commercial property professionals with three new appointments.
Jethro Rolls, Hugo Harding and Luke Buckingham have joined the leading commercial property consultancy as its ambitious expansion drive continues.
Jethro has joined the company as a senior surveyor to support the building consultancy division as it continues to win new instructions across its target regions including Luton, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Enfield and St Albans.
He will be assisting in a variety of building surveying services along with project management. Jethro brings with him a wealth of experience in delivering projects. He was a project quantity surveyor at Luton Borough Council where he worked for five years before joining property and construction consultants Gleeds as a project manager. At Kirkby Diamond he will be assisting in a variety of building surveying services along with project management.
Commercial agency surveyor Hugo Harding joins the St Albans/Hertfordshire agency team dealing with office, retail and industrial properties in the area with a growing number of instructions and presence since the office opened in 2023.
Hugo will be working from the St Albans office, but also Enfield office, following the merger with Bowyer Bryce, building on the increased level of instructions that has been achieved with the dedication of Chris Richards and Paul Quy. The company now has six agents working in these key areas with an additional appointment to be announced shortly.
Assistant surveyor Luke Buckingham has joined due to the expansion of the property management department. Prior to joining, Luke worked for over five years within a panel management company which arranged property valuations across the UK for several banks. His role required high attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Luke will be assisting the property management team, making sure clients benefit from his high level of customer service.
