Wards Solicitors grows Employment team with new hires

Wards Solicitors has announced the appointment of three new solicitors to its growing Employment Law team in Bristol.

David Baynton joins as Partner and Head of Employment and has considerable experience in providing employment advice to both businesses and individuals. He will be advising on all aspects of employment law, including contracts of employment, grievances and disputes in the workplace, disciplinary issues, redundancies and restructures, as well as TUPE and corporate support, settlement agreements. He will also represent employer and employee clients in Tribunal and civil court claims.

Rebecca Lynch also joins Wards as a Partner and is an employment specialist with over twenty years experience in legal practice. Rebecca will work with both individuals and employers to navigate through and resolve workplace issues, challenges and disputes.

Solicitor Kinga Michnowska will be working alongside Wards’ corporate and commercial and employment teams, assisting individuals, start-ups and established firms.
