Graduate Building Surveyor Matt Panes joins following his BSC in Building Surveying.

Nikita Fackrell, Next Generation Lead for CBRE in the Midlands and South, joined CBRE as a graduate in 2016 and is currently an Associate Director in its Lease Advisory team.

“Commercial property can take you so many places as a career path and I’m passionate about raising awareness of the many opportunities there are across our sector,” said Nikita.

“Eimear, Grace, James and Matt each bring a fresh perspective to the business and I’m confident that they all have exciting careers ahead of them.”

The new starters join six graduates and three apprentices who currently work at the CBRE Bristol office.

Tom Morris, Managing Director, Midlands and South Region at CBRE, also first joined the company through its graduate scheme. He added: “We’re seeing the real benefits of having a dedicated intake of apprentices and graduates each year and I’m excited to be welcoming our latest cohort. I know the team here will be on hand to help them settle into their new roles and I’m already impressed with their enthusiasm and willingness to learn.”
