Vickery Holman is expanding its Exeter office to take on four additional members of staff, providing additional expertise for the Building Surveying, Agency and Valuation teams. Vickery Holman has the largest team of specialist Commercial Agents and over 20 RICS Registered Valuers covering the South West.

‘Our clients benefit from the high level of expertise within our company, covering virtually everything that a property owner, landlord or tenant would need from a property consultancy, including agency, valuation business rates, lease advisory, and property management.’ Said Head of Exeter Office, Zach Maiden.

‘We’re delighted to be joined by three graduate Surveyors to support our busy commercial property teams. In addition, we have taken on a specialist Project Officer to work with the Building Survey team as we grow this central service for Vickery Holman. Mary is relocating from our Bristol office and will be working closely with Samantha Johnson providing valuation support for secured and non-secured lending. Silas is just starting his journey as a surveyor and will be joining our well-established APC programme, initially working with the Agency team. Jed and David have joined the Building Surveying team and will be helping our clients with surveys, dilapidations and party wall issues.’

Established over 30 years ago, Vickery Holman has offices in Truro, Plymouth, Exeter and Bristol.
