Brian English (Manging Director) at MediPro said: “We are thrilled to announce that we have secured a lease for office space in Woodlands Court. As we carefully consider the selection of office spaces for our bespoke training centers, the prime location of this property impeccably align with our vision. We can’t wait to embark on our new journey, starting from our newfound home at Woodlands Court.”

James Preece, director in National Offices team at Colliers added: “There is a low level of supply of self-contained offices of the size at Woodlands Court which are located close to two major motorways, which has meant that interest levels have been high.”

Polly Smart of Knight Frank commented: “The successful lettings at Woodlands Court demonstrate the demand for small, good quality office space in North Bristol as occupiers continue to find their longer term office solution ”.
