Two more surveyors joining Vickery Holman

Another two graduates at Vickery Holman have sailed through their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) interview on the first attempt. Property consultants Vickery Holman take on graduates every year into their offices in Cornwall, Devon and Bristol and run a very successful graduate development programme.

We have a strong track record of getting candidates through their APC assessment.’ Explains Nicola Murrish MRICS , Training Manager. ‘I’m delighted to announce that two more graduates have just sailed through their APC. Alice Kodritsch and Pip Walker have both successfully taken their APC interview and we’re delighted to welcome them to our growing team of home-grown surveyors. We make a serious commitment to our graduates, as well as to the ongoing professional development of the whole company, but it’s very rewarding to see all this hard work paying off.’

Phillippa Walker MRICS joined Vickery Holman in 2020 in their Bristol office working in the valuation team, also gaining valuable experience with Development Services and Business Rates teams, along with a wealth of knowledge of the Bristol property market. She will remain with the valuation team undertaking secured and non-secured lending valuations.

Alice Kodritsch MRICS joined Vickery Holman in 2021 after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester. She has worked from the Plymouth office undertaking business rates consultancy, Landlord and Tenant matters (rent reviews and lease renewals) and valuations. She will remain in the Plymouth office working in the Lease Advisory and Business Rates teams.

There are currently nine graduates working through their APC at Vickery Holman with interviews due in Autumn 2023 and Spring 2024.
