Hartnell Taylor Cook announces round of promotions, alongside two new Partners

Leading commercial property consultancy, Hartnell Taylor Cook, has announced a round of new promotions across the business, with Richard Saunders and Matthew Sharkey promoted to the partnership to further bolster the firm’s growing agency and building consultancy practices.

The promotion of Richard and Matthew follows another successful year for the firm, which has seen it celebrate its 100th year anniversary, welcome several new clients, and broaden the scope of its services across both its London and Bristol offices. Both promotions have been announced alongside a wider round of 13 promotions across agency, consultancy, property management, and facility management teams.

Congratulations to the new Directors, Tom Gable and Ed O’Grady; the new Senior Associate Directors, Jack Bonnick and Jonathan Moore; the new Associate Directors, Victoria Perkins, Harry Perrey and Joe Woodley; as well as the new Senior Surveyors, Molly Dibble, James Frost and Ollie Hodgson. Within the facilities management team, Adam Drysdale has been promoted to Senior Facilities Manager, Adam Ferguson will take the role of Coordination Associate and Charlotte Armato has received a promotion to Associate Client Accountant.
