Clifton Heights welcomes two new occupiers

Acting for private clients, strategic real estate adviser Avison Young has let two refurbished suites at one of Bristol’s landmark office buildings, Clifton Heights, to new occupiers.

SSBN Ltd, trading as Fathom, has taken a lease for 4,835 sq ft on the second floor south and west suites running until December 2026. Fathom, who are global experts in flood and climate risk, are relocating from Berkeley Square to accommodate business growth.

On the third floor, Brightelm Ltd is taking a fully-fitted 700 sq ft suite at on a three year lease, at a higher rental which reflected the high quality and ‘plug and play’ fit-out of this suite. Brightelm, an events management company, has relocated from serviced offices elsewhere in the city.

One of Bristol’s landmark office buildings, Clifton Heights offers modern office accommodation over 14 floors, with far-reaching views across the city particularly from the upper levels. The accommodation offers on-site parking, new comfort cooling in the refurbished suites, plus cycle parking and shower facilities.

With the recent lettings completed, just three suites now remain for new occupiers including a fully fitted ready to occupy space on the 3rd floor.

Paul Williams, Director at Avison Young, says, “Clifton is a popular and thriving business district, home to a wide variety of professional, media and marketing occupiers. With transport links readily accessible for staff and visitors, Brightelm and Fathom are relocating to one of Clifton’s best office locations.”

Avison Young acted for the landlords. The tenants represented themselves.
