Flude Property Consultants have been instructed to market the new industrial development at Chichester Business Park in Chichester on behalf of their clients, The Chichester Business Park Partnership.
The first phase of the multi-let industrial and logistics scheme is now officially under construction and when complete, will comprise of 9 industrial / warehouse units. The units range in size and there is a total of up to 44,111 sq ft of warehouse space available at the scheme.
Phase One units will be available for immediate occupation following practical completion which is due Q2 2023.
Flude Director, Mark Minchell, commented, “In West Sussex, a lack of available buildings is hampering the ability for occupiers to move, especially to modern units with excellent ESG credentials, as are being developed at Chichester Business Park”.
