March meeting and seminar open to local businesses and organisations

North Somerset Business Club is inviting local businesses and organisations of all sizes to an open meeting and business seminar on the evening of Wednesday 13 March, with networking opportunities and talks from three well-known local speakers.

The meeting, which will be sponsored and hosted by The Royal Hotel on South Parade, Weston-super-Mare, from 6.00 p.m. is being held in association with the Federation of Small Businesses, North Somerset Industrial Association, Weston Chamber of Trade and Commerce, Weston-super-Mare Hoteliers Association and Woodspring Management Club.

Speakers will include Graham Turner, Chief Executive of North Somerset Council; Dr Paul Philips, Principal of Weston College; and Chief Superintendent Julian Moss, District Commander of North Somerset Avon and Somerset Police.

North Somerset Business Club is the leading business club for local businesses and organises bi-monthly evening meetings with topical guest speakers. Members are kept up to date with the latest business issues, have the opportunity to network and inter-trade within the local business community and are able to share business problems that commonly arise.

“In 2013 we are planning lots of meetings which will open the door to our members doing more business and promoting their activities and successes.” says organiser Hazel Wintle of North Somerset Enterprise Agency, which runs the business club. “Our March meeting is open not just to business club members but to anyone with an interest in doing business in the local region and we hope many will take advantage of the opportunity to meet new contacts and hear from our informative speakers.”

Tickets cost £6.50 each with buffet included and can be booked by calling 01934 418118 or emailing [email protected].
