Savills, on behalf of Pigeon Investment Management, has let unit 11-12 Pembroke Avenue at Denny End Industrial Estate in Waterbeach, Cambridge to Alstom Transport UK Ltd.
The world leader in delivering sustainable and smart mobility systems, including commuter trains, has agreed to a new 10-year lease for the comprehensively refurbished warehouse unit totalling 28,575 sq ft (2,654 sq m).
