M1 Agency has been appointed by HBD as commercial property agents to one of its flagship commercial schemes, Markham Vale, located at J.29a, of the M1 motorway.
The highly prominent scheme is already well established, and home to a number of major occupiers including Great Bear, Gist, Ferdinand Bilstein, Gould Alloys, Daher AeroSpace. It has excellent on-site amenity provided directly off the motorway junction.
M1 has been instructed to market the remaining immediately available serviced development land, for design and build, alongside future development phases as they come forward. The total remaining plots have potential to deliver up to 250,000 sq ft across individual buildings with the largest building being up to 55,000 sq ft.
