A top commercial agent at a leading property consultancy has been promoted to partner.

Charles Warrack joined Fisher German at the end of 2021 after 25 years in commercial agency, and rapidly progressed within the firm’s Birmingham office to earn his promotion.
He said: “I am absolutely delighted to have been invited into the partnership after only a short time with Fisher German.

“I’d like to think I and the team are delivering a top-class service for our clients, whether it’s finalising building disposals through sales or leases, acquiring buildings on behalf of clients, or delivering informed advice.

“I’m looking forward to working with them further as partner and growing Fisher German’s influence even further within the Midlands.”

Fisher German, headquartered in Ashby-de-la-Zouch in Leicestershire, has invited 14 colleagues from all areas of the business to join the partnership.

The news comes after solid growth in the 2021/22 financial year and Fisher German’s merger with Matthews & Goodman – a deal which created one of the largest providers of multi-disciplinary property services in the UK, with a turnover approaching £60 million with 29 offices.

Duncan Bedhall, Senior Partner at Fisher German, said: “It’s fantastic we are able to announce these partner promotions following our successful merger with Matthews & Goodman.

“Alongside our growing client base and strong financial performance, the merger has enabled us to grow our partnership to meet the demands of a larger business, and I would like to congratulate those who have been announced as partners.

“At Fisher German, we are committed to giving all colleagues the chance to advance their careers within the business through our career progression framework, and this announcement demonstrates how so many have worked hard to take advantage of those opportunities.

“I am looking forward to announcing further promotions at all levels within Fisher German in the autumn.”
