Major Bristol industrial development completes

Trebor Developments and its partner, Hillwood, have announced the practical completion of Central Approach, a speculative industrial development in Severnside, Bristol that offers 113,573sq ft space in an area of high demand.

The unit benefits from the full range of industrial use classes and has been completed to a high specification, featuring warehouse space on the ground floor and first-floor office space. Located close to the new M49 junction, the site is within easy reach of the M5 and M4 motorways in a prime strategic position to service the South West and South Wales regions.
