A fast-growing construction firm has expanded its office space after moving into 3,044 sq ft of office space.
Henry Brothers (Midlands) has signed a deal to move into Unit 32 at Eldon Business Park in Chilwell, Nottingham in a deal brokered by commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors.
Managing director of Henry Brothers (Midlands), Ian Taylor, said: “Henry Brothers is pleased to have secured new offices through NG Chartered Surveyors, which is due to expansion of our business in the Midlands and further afield.”
Charlotte Steggles of NG represented landlord Logicor on the deal. She said: “It’s always satisfying to help a growing local company expand – and our client now has a great tenant in Henry Brother Midlands Ltd at Eldon Road.
