Phil Ridoutt, director in the business space team at Savills Cambridge, comments: “Gateway Cambridge is an exciting new development set across five acres to the north west of the city. Situated at the top of the Oxford-Cambridge Arc, it is within a well-connected and strategically important location, providing excellent access to both the M11 and A14. Upon completion, the scheme will provide BREEAM ‘Excellent’ units with top ESG credentials. For this reason, we have been able to secure a number of strong pre-lets, with the remaining space set to attract a variety of exciting occupiers.”

James Feltham, Director at Wrenbridge, adds: “We are delivering the most sustainable industrial and logistics scheme in Cambridge, seeking to achieve BREEAM Excellent, Net Carbon Zero and EPC A+ credentials. We believe in building the highest quality buildings which meet the need of our signed and prospective tenants, this is a vision shared by Legal & General. The scheme offers excellent connections to Cambridge and we see a strong collection of businesses finding their base at Gateway.”
