Promotion and new appointments at HTC

Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP are pleased to announce a number of promotions and the appointment of six new surveying staff as part of the company’s on-going growth.

Jason Herbert has been promoted to Director in the retail agency team based in the Bristol office.  Jason primarily covers all aspects of the high street retail market located throughout the South West and South Wales and notable clients include Tesco and Sports Direct.
 
Stefan Davies and Mansel Hughes have both been promoted to Associate Directors.  Stefan, who is based in the professional department specialising on Rating, relocated from Bristol to join the London team earlier this year to increase the  rating department’s coverage.  Mansel, who is based in the property management team located in the Bristol office, is responsible for the management of the Martime & Coastguard Agency property portfolio covering England and Wales.

Marc Cross has been appointed as an Associate Director to head the building consultancy department in the London office.  Marc joins Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP from ARH Associates.

Richard Nelson joins the property management department as a surveyor from Mellersh & Harding Chartered Surveyors and has over 4 years experience.  Richard will be covering the whole of the UK and advising notable clients including Marks & Spencer and the Greater Manchester Pension Fund.

Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP has appointed three new graduates direct from University.  Emily Turner has joined the retail agency and professional team in London,  Lauren Reynolds has joined Bristol’s property management team and Will Mullins, who completed a gap year with Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP in 2009/10, returns to join the retail agency team based in Bristol covering the High Street market.

Adam Tyler has joined the Bristol office as trainee surveyor obtaining experience in the development and agency teams.
