Savills, on behalf of Paloma Capital, has let Orton 130 on Bakewell Road in Orton Southgate, Peterborough to Yours Clothing Ltd.
The rapidly expanding online retailer has agreed to a new 10-year lease for the recently refurbished warehouse unit totalling 128,567 sq ft (11,994 sq m).
