BNP Paribas Real Estate, the leading property adviser, has secured a further three year contract with Centrica, the FTSE 100 integrated energy company.
The contract comprises three main elements across its UK property portfolio, with occupational management services as the core element. BNP Paribas Real Estate also has preferred supplier status for lease advisory work and is an approved supplier for other property services, including agency, building surveying, corporate property strategy and planning.
