Desklodge to launch new co-working space at Bristol’s Beacon Tower

Flexible workspace provider, DeskLodge, will open its latest co-working space in Bristol’s Beacon Tower, offering a dynamic new option for hybrid working in the city.

Covering 18,000 sq ft across three floors, the new DeskLodge hub will include a host of facilities such as seven distinct work zones, plus social spaces, free decaf vanilla cappuccinos and a huge 5,000 sq ft roof terrace overlooking Bristol.

This latest acquisition takes DeskLodge’s total space in the city to 58,000 sq ft and is part of the company’s plans to expand its offering across the South West as people continue to return to workplaces post-pandemic.

DeskLodge Founder, Tom Ball, said: “Many people are keen to return to an office environment, but would like to retain the flexibility of choosing where they work and when. As with all our hubs, we’ll be fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere at Beacon Tower, creating a home-from-home setting with all the benefits of a thriving, productive workplace.”

DeskLodge has taken out a 10-year lease on the space, in a deal arranged by CBRE’s South West team.

DeskLodge’s hub at the Beacon Tower is expected to open in late summer 2022 and is now pre-letting what it anticipates will be the most in-demand offices. Super flexible membership options include private offices, hot-desking for freelancers as well as day offices and meeting rooms.
