Following a number of recent appointments to local and national frameworks, leading architectural practice GSSArchitecture, which has offices in Kettering, Gloucester, Milton Keynes, Harrogate and Newcastle, is celebrating its latest success – securing a place on LHC’s newly established Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Framework.

Following a competitive tender process, which began last Autumn, LHC have selected GSSArchitecture to provide Architectural services through the framework which will run for 6 years.

Having been founded over 140 years ago, GSSArchitecture have managed to build up an extensive portfolio of projects across a variety of sectors including education, healthcare, commercial & industrial, sports & leisure, arts, residential and heritage works, making them suitably qualified to deliver a wide variety of projects through the framework.

Speaking of their recent appointment, Tom Lyons, Senior Partner at GSSArchitecture, said “We are thrilled to have been appointed by LHC to provide Architectural, Quantity Surveying and Project Management services, and look forward to utilising this to deliver exciting nationwide schemes. This success is the latest of a number of national framework appointments for the Practice and we are delighted to continue to improve our service offering to our clients.”

Gary Cawley, CPC Regional Director at LHC said, “This is the first time we have offered a framework like this across our region, which has been designed to provide a comprehensive range of high-quality consultancy services across multiple disciplines to the public sector for projects of all sizes. Not only does it meet client need and truly reflect the current market, but it also offers something more.”
