Savills Cambridge boosts building & project consultancy team

Savills has added to its building & project consultancy team with the appointment of Rebecca Close who joins as an associate at the firm’s Cambridge office.

Rebecca has over eight years’ experience working in the construction and property industry, specialising in delivering projects within the healthcare and education sectors. She joins Savills from project management firm Hamson Barron Smith where she primarily worked with local authority clients including Peterborough City Council and Cambridgeshire County Council. Prior to this Rebecca also held positions at Bond Davidson and Axis Europe.

At Savills Rebecca will continue to work within the education sector, whilst also focusing on industrial & logistics and life science project management.
