Philippe Zivkovic, Chairman of the Board of BNP Paribas Real Estate, has promoted current board members, Barbara Koréniouguine and Thierry Laroue-Pont, as Deputy Managing Directors effective from 1 January 2013.
Barbara Koréniouguine will continue to head up commercial and residential real estate development.
Thierry Laroue-Pont will take responsibility for transaction, valuation and consulting business lines for all countries. He will retain operational management of these advisory teams in France.
In addition, Henri Faure, Deputy Managing Director and member of the Board, will oversee the investment management business, managed by David Aubin. From 1 July 2013, he will also take over from François Benfeghoul, Deputy Managing Director and Board member, and will have responsibility for all central functions. François Benfeghoul is retiring.
Lastly, the property management business line, headed up by Lauric Leclerc, will report directly to Philippe Zivkovic
