Knight Frank expands Europe research team

Judith Fischer, Associate, European research team, Knight Frank

Knight Frank, the leading global property adviser, has appointed Judith Fischer as an Associate in its European research team.

Judith joins from Savills IM where, as a Senior Research Analyst, she was the lead research analyst for the Nordic, Benelux and previously UK commercial real estate markets, producing insight for internal and external publication and providing economic and political updates.

At Knight Frank, Judith will work closely with Victoria Ormond, Partner in Capital Markets Research, and the wider European research team, to produce market-leading research and insights for agents and clients.

Judith will also be responsible for the coordination and development of property market data across the firm’s European offices, leading on pan-European research and working closely with Knight Frank’s wider research network.

Victoria Ormond, Partner in Commercial Research at Knight Frank said: “We are delighted to welcome Judith to the team. Her skills and experience make her extremely well-placed to lead on the creation and delivery of an ambitious and forward-thinking research strategy for our European commercial business, especially as our clients’ demands increase and ahead of the launch of our flagship capital markets report, Active Capital.”

Andrew Sim, Partner and Head of Europe at Knight Frank, added: “As our European business continues to grow and in response to increasing demands from our clients, we are excited to be bolstering our European research capability.”

Knight Frank has this year opened new offices in Athens and Sofia, with further openings to be announced in the Autumn. The European network comprises capital markets, occupier services and consultancy teams, made up of over 1,000 people across the region.
