BNP Paribas Real Estate named as supplier to Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Estate Management Services (EMS)

BNP Paribas Real Estate (BNP PRE) has announced that it has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Estate Management Services (EMS) framework, the largest public procurement organisation in the UK.

CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21 CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04bn – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

For the next four-year term, BNP PRE has been appointed to a total of six lots: Total Estate Management, Estate (Property) Management, Agency and Lease Management, Surveying and Strategic Advice, Valuation and Compulsory Purchase Orders, and Business Rating Services.

Stephen Wolfe, Head of Commercial at BNP Paribas Real Estate comments: “Successfully being reappointed to the new look CCS framework is a real endorsement of our business and the excellent work delivered to clients. Over the past four years we have been able to deliver on some hugely complex public sector projects, in addition to developing key relationships and skills across all levels of central and local government. As the UK looks to kick-on with its ‘build back better’ strategy, it is essential that decision makers in Westminster as well as around the rest of the UK and Northern Ireland have access to the necessary tools and sector expertise that can make the strategy a success.

“The public sector, as much as the private sector, continues to grapple with the aftermath of the pandemic. All levels of government are being challenged to ask what the new real estate landscape and requirements will look like, as well as how this fits with the ongoing climate challenge. Our UK real estate expertise, combined with our global banking core, means that we are unparalleled in our ability to help answer these questions, as well as identify and implement the appropriate solution.”
