Workman wins industrial & logistics mandate from Paloma Capital

Workman LLP, the UK’s largest independent commercial property management and building consultancy firm, has been instructed by Paloma Capital LLP to manage the Dove Fund, a UK-wide 25 asset industrial and logistics portfolio.

The multi-let industrial and logistics portfolio has a rent roll of more than £16m and includes 330 units. Paloma Capital plan to grow the portfolio through expansion and value-added initiatives.

Notable assets within the portfolio include: Power Park, Wakefield, Globe Industrial Estate, Manchester, and Crossley Park, Stockport.
