Urban Logistics REIT lets Sixty2 shed in Leeds to Aspire Furniture

Urban Logistics REIT has agreed a letting of a prime 64,603 sq ft strategically located warehouse at Sixty2 on Bruntcliffe Way, Morley in Leeds to Aspire Furniture. The Barnsley based bed maker is expanding into the unit to accommodate the manufacturing arm of its business and is set to create at least 100 jobs in the area over the next 3 years. CBRE’s Industrial team, joint agent with M1 Agency, secured the letting just weeks after the building’s refurbishment completed.

Aspire Furniture is a specialist manufacturer and distributor of handcrafted beds, mattresses and furniture. The company will occupy the unit, comprising 59,570 sq ft of warehouse space with 5,000 sq ft of high quality, ground floor office accommodation.

Sixty2 is situated within a prime location at the Leeds 27 industrial estate in West Yorkshire and benefits from excellent motorway networks being within 0.7 miles of J27 of the M62 and M621 intersection and just 5 miles from Leeds city centre. Aspire Furniture will join a strong line up of well known local and national occupiers including DHL, Aptar UK, TNT and New Day.
