Ashville have announced a raft of lettings at HERE in Bath Road, Bristol, after the completion of the latest phase of refurbishment works. Against a market where activity has been understandably slightly subdued in the past quarter, HERE has bucked the trend.
Campbell Reith have acquired 1,200 sq ft in the newly completed phase 2 refurbishment, relocating from Keynsham.
The second recent letting was to Project Offset Limited who acquired 890 sq ft in unit 4.03 and the most recent tenant to relocate to HERE was Group of Seven who have taken 1,000 sq ft in unit 1a. The latter two tenants have taken accommodation in a fitted format with everything provided for their immediate occupation, showing the proactivity of Ashville in looking to accommodate all tenants needs and enabling quick occupation.
In addition, HERE has seen a huge increase in the number of serviced office enquiries for its flex offering. This has resulted in 5 new tenants at HERE in the past month.
