Trebor Developments and Hillwood, have let their ORE 70, Telford, new building to an international delivery company.
The letting is for the whole of the building, 70,841 sq ft, to provide a new distribution centre on a 10 year lease. Occupation has taken place for fitting out to commence.
Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner for Trebor, commented: “Our tenant is a fast-expanding national and international distribution company, which we are delighted to welcome at ORE 70. This is the largest new build speculative industrial letting in Telford for approximately 10 years and supports our decision to invest in the Telford region, leading to this letting shortly after building completion. We had strong interest from a range of occupiers in the building.”
Trebor/Hillwood were represented by Bulleys Bradbury (Telford/Wolverhampton offices) and Lambert Smith Hampton (Birmingham).
