The five employees promoted to partner are Richard Morris, Dan Felgate, Will Pasco, Carl Sablon, and Kerry MacLeod.

International, independent real estate consultancy Hollis has made 54 promotions across their UK and Europe offices, including five to partner level.

  • 5 promotions to partner
  • 24 promotions in London
  • 30 promotions in regional offices across the UK and Mainland Europe
  • 20 promotions across the central operations team

Hollis sees these promotions as recognition of the hard work and commitment employees have shown over the years to achieving the best results for clients. They also mark the firm’s commitment to creating opportunities and forging pathways for progression for all its staff.

The five employees promoted to partner are Carl Sablon, Will Pasco, Richard Morris, Dan Felgate and Kerry MacLeod.

Sablon joined Hollis in 2011 as a graduate. He specialises in the project management of warehouse and logistical units for industrial and commercial use, and recently helped SEGRO achieve one of the UK’s first Net Zero Carbon industrial refurbishments in operation with a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. Sablon is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

Pasco joined Hollis in 2013 as a chartered building surveyor. He specialises in commercial project management across both the private and public sectors. He also has experience in technical due diligence, development monitoring and dilapidations. Pasco is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Morris joined Hollis in 2013 as a chartered building surveyor. He previously worked at the firm’s Birmingham and Cambridge offices, and is now based in Nottingham and responsible for the delivery of building surveying services. He specialises in commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, building pathology, project services and technical due diligence for a variety of clients. Morris is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and holds a NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety.

Felgate joined Hollis in 2016 as a senior surveyor. He specialises in commercial landlord and tenant matters as well as dilapidations, and currently leads the tenant alterations service. Felgate is a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and an Incorporated Member of The Chartered Institute of Building (ICIOB). He is also a RICS Mentor and Assessor and was shortlisted for RICS Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year in 2019 for Building Surveying.

She has over 20 years’ multi-sector experience including leading projects, building and embedding IT and business solutions, and delivering multi-dimensional IT and digital transformation programmes. MacLeod recently oversaw Hollis’ achievement of the Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, the highest level of certification offered under the UK Government’s Cyber Essentials scheme.

John Woodman, Senior Partner at Hollis, said: “Our people are our greatest asset and we are committed to creating opportunities for them. These promotions are great examples of the career progression available at Hollis, with many individuals joining in junior roles and working their way up to the point where they are now steering our firm’s direction.
