Jones Lang LaSalle secures inward investor occupier for remaining space at the Welsh Capital’s Windsor Court office development

Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP (“Rockspring”) has welcomed CDM Media to its 28,500 sq ft Windsor Court Grade A refurbished office development on Windsor Place in Cardiff. The property deal, concluded by Jones Lang LaSalle, brings a new inward investor occupier into Cardiff and makes the refurbished Grade A scheme fully let.

CDM Media has taken occupation of 6,470 sq ft of office space at Windsor Court, on a new five year lease. This letting, follows the £1,000,000 Grade A office refurbishment, which incorporated a high quality reception and air conditioned office specification as well as a dramatic transformation to the external elevation with new copper cladding and glass canopy.

CDM Media is a leading B2B technology marketing and media firm that specialises in reaching an elite audience of CIOs and IT executives through technology events and strategic online content with international clients including HP, Cisco, IBM, BT, AT&T and Rackspace.

Glenn Willis, Chief Executive Officer of CDM Media, commented: “A UK office is key to the growth of our international business and we are delighted with Cardiff as a location and Windsor Court as a building. The central location and high quality specification ticks all the boxes.”

Sole letting agent, Rhydian Morris, Director of Office Agency at Jones Lang LaSalle, Cardiff, added: “Rockspring identified a lack of Grade A space in Cardiff city centre and undertook a substantial refurbishment scheme to provide such space. This inward investment office letting is evidence that there is still a demand for more Grade A space in Cardiff.”
