Unit 3, Providence Court is a terrace unit of 1,990 sq ft arranged as ground and first floor suites which were formerly occupied by the BBC and an environmental consultancy. Upon the building becoming vacant the landlord, a private investor, offered it for sale with vacant possession and the sale has now completed to a compassionate fund associated with the Devon and Cornwall Police.
The property was offered at a price of £375,000.
