Savills, and joint agent Colliers, on behalf of landlord Boultbee Brooks, has completed a deal of the ground floor at 2530 Aztec West to Chadwick Business Centres. The serviced office provider will take 5,479 sq ft (509 sq m) of space on a new 10 year management agreement based on a quoting rent of £23.50 per sq ft.
2530 is a Grade A purpose built, three-storey office located on Aztec West Business Park, Bristol’s premier out of town business park. The landlord carried out a comprehensive refurbishment programme during 2020 to provide best-in-class office space with a large communal kitchen and break out area.
