Hana opens at Windmill Green as FORE Partnership’s flex space provider

FORE Partnership has announced that Hana, a subsidiary of CBRE Group, has opened a new flexible workspace at Windmill Green. Developed with FORE Partnership, Hana at Windmill Green marks the brand’s first Manchester, U.K. location.

Located at 24 Mount Street in Manchester, Hana at Windmill Green occupies 26,000 sq. ft. of the redeveloped Grade-A office building, including half of the ground floor, plus the first and second floors. The space includes enterprise-grade private office suites ‘Hana Team,’ conference and events space ‘Hana Meet,’ and traditional co-working ‘Hana Share.’

Totaling over 82,000 sq. ft. across seven floors, Windmill Green is the city’s first BREEAM Outstanding building with a WiredScore Platinum status. Windmill Green’s low-carbon design includes Manchester’s largest green living wall and a rooftop terrace with apiary.

The building’s occupiers have access to a fleet of branded Swifty Scooters, ample bike storage, and a central location close to transport hubs and local amenities.

Its sustainable credentials were recently enhanced further, as FORE announced that it has become a certified B Corporation – making Windmill Green Manchester’s only building developed and operated by a B Corporation.

As part of CBRE’s strategic investment in flex provider Industrious, all Hana units will be operated by Industrious when the transaction closes in the second quarter.
