Face-lift for Pride Park offices

Hugo Beresford (Salloway) and Claire Kavanagh (Be-Couture)

Be-Couture Training Academy Ltd have leased approximately 1,600 sq.ft. of prominent and highly visible office accommodation within Melbourne Business Court, just a stone’s throw from DCFC’s stadium.

Be-Couture, who were previously based in Castle Donington, have relocated to the heart of Pride Park in order to provide a new premium aesthetics clinic and training academy.

The property is understood to provide its new tenant with the perfect expansion space to grow the business, which will encompass new offices, training rooms and an aesthetics clinic.

Claire Kavanagh, who heads up Be-Couture, commented “We would like to thank Hugo for helping us source the perfect property and home, for our new and exciting venture, Be Couture Aesthetics & Training Academy.  The service we have received has been fabulous.

He found us the ideal space over 3 floors to welcome our premium clients for private aesthetics treatments, a barber shop and hair academy, and a home to Derby’s very own Aesthetics Training Academy.

Thanks to Hugo and his pro-active approach, we are on track to open our doors on April 12th!”

Hugo Beresford, of Salloway Property Consultants, who brokered the deal on behalf of a private landlord client said, “I’m pleased that I was able to assist by securing a quality tenant for my client. Equally, I’m delighted that I could facilitate Be-Couture’s relocation which will enable their plans for business growth – I wish them all the best for the future”.

“Lettings such as this provide yet more evidence that there are still deals to be done despite the pandemic. We continue to receive a healthy level of enquiries from parties seeking both freehold and leasehold opportunities and so I would encourage anyone that has a property which they intend to market to get in touch, as we’d certainly be delighted to help”.
