Savills, on behalf of East Staffordshire Borough Council, has sold the freehold of development land on Dove Way in Uttoxeter in Staffordshire to PMW Property for £1.25 million.
Comprising 6.7 acres (2.7 hectares) of development land, the site has previously had planning consent for up to 113,000 sq ft (10,500 sq m) of mixed commercial floor space.
Upon purchasing, the developer who specialises in industrial & logistics property across the East Midlands has plans to design and construct units available to purchase or rent ranging in size from 4,000 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft (371 sq m to 9,290 sq m). However, design and build options are currently available on the site and specific development will start to commence from May onwards.
