New commercial units provide employment space for Bingham

Langar based developers Hofton & Son have commenced construction work at the eagerly anticipated extension to the Moorbridge Industrial Estate in Bingham.

The J R Shouler Trading Estate will comprise 23 brand new commercial units once phases one and two are completed.

The units range from 1,000 to 3,000 sq ft – some 37,000 sq ft in total.

Phase one completion will be ready for occupation in November of this year, and will provide much needed employment space locally.

Hofton & Son have been advised by heb Chartered Surveyors and Geo Hallam Surveyors, who taking reservations for pre-sales and lettings.

The agents have confirmed that a number of reservations have already been taken with significant pent-up demand being demonstrated. Buyers are advised to contact the agents at the earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment!

The site was sold to Hofton & Son by Rushcliffe Borough Council.

As part of the transaction, Rushcliffe specified that Moorbridge Road East could be extended through to the Butt Field Sports Ground, which is owned by Bingham Town Council to provide a much needed improvement to the current single track access and will greatly benefit users of the facility.
