New appointment for Wales’ leading corporate hospitality firm, Viking Hospitality

Wales’ leading hospitality providers Viking Hospitality have appointed Nicki O’Connor as Operations & Events Manager in a bid to further enhance and strengthen their position in the marketplace.

Ms O’Connor from Cyncoed, Cardiff, has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and comes on board in time for Wales’ Dove Men Series in November against Argentina, Samoa, New Zealand and Australia. As part of Nicki’s role she will be expected to plan the day-to-day event operations and oversee a team of up to 40 hospitality staff on event days.

Nicki’s appointment marks the end of a great year for Viking having relocated into new offices and undergone an extensive re-brand. We have a busy few months ahead preparing for the Dove Men Series and the RBS Six Nations, Nicki’s appointment is key to our continued success.”
