Four graduate surveyors within Avison Young’s Bristol office have all gained chartered status, passing their Assessment of Professional Competence.

Building Surveyor Joanna Murray, and commercial surveyors William Shortall and Louis Maxwell have successfully become members of RICS – Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Town planner Eliott Kelly also becomes a member of the RTPI – the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Passing these technical exams takes two years of study and professional training, leading to chartered status and membership of the professional institutes.

Jo Davis, Managing Director, Avison Young Bristol, says, “Congratulations to our four graduates who following valuable work experience and training within Avison Young have passed their professional exams. These exams demand the highest levels of competency and added to the fact that they completed their studies during an exceptionally challenging year within the industry, we’re so proud of all four and wish them well for their future careers. A big thank you also to their mentors who have supported them throughout their training.

“As a company we’re committed to training and development, always putting people at the heart of all that we do.”
