Acting on behalf of technology company Stormfront Retail, Stratton Creber Commercial have sold a modern unit on Exeter’s Matford Park estate.
The unit occupies a prominent corner position at The Newton Centre, which is on Thorveton Road in front of the driving test centre. Formerly an Apple showroom and after-sales service centre, it offers showroom/office accommodation on two floors totalling just over 2,000 square feet, plus ancillary storage in the roof void. The unit was offered for sale as part of a consolidation by the vendor into other units on the same estate.
The unit was offered at a price of £390,000, and a sale completed in December to a tenant in the same terrace, who have offices plus a trade showroom.
Following the sale, Stratton Creber Commercial have now been instructed to sell another 2-storey modern office unit in very close proximity to the Newton Centre and of a similar size.
