Lawyers at national firm Clarke Willmott LLP have advised family-owned Quality Care Homes Ltd on its sale of Whitelodge Care Home in Fishponds, Bristol.
The residential care home has been owned by Quality Care Homes Ltd since 1990 and is registered for 21 service users.
Kirill Bingham, the partner who led the transaction, worked alongside an experienced team comprising of Tom Potts (senior associate) and David Lovelock (associate). Oliver McCarthy, Senior Agent (Care) at Christie & Co, brokered the transaction.

The care home was sold for an undisclosed sum.
